Construction of a ventilated metal roof over a flat roof. The project involved installing a lightweight galvanized steel substructure to create the necessary slopes for water drainage. The final covering of dark green corrugated sheet metal was completed with stainless steel extractors, ensuring perfect waterproofing and optimal thermo-hygrometric insulation of the attic. This long-lasting technical solution permanently eliminates the risk of water infiltration while improving the building's aesthetics.
